VuduVations builds MCOS—the Management Consulting Operating System—to convert advisory methods, evidence, business rules, and governance into client-controlled operational infrastructure.
The thesis
Consulting value should persist after the engagement ends.
Why MCOS exists
Traditional engagements can produce useful recommendations and still leave the client dependent on the people who produced them. The rationale sits in interviews, workshops, spreadsheets, decks, and individual memory instead of becoming a durable operating layer.
VuduVations was built around a different unit of value: the encoded procedure. MCOS separates source-grounded facts from model interpretation, applies repeatable consulting protocols, records decisions and approvals, and preserves validated operating context as institutional memory.
The goal is not to automate judgment away. It is to make the organization’s judgment more repeatable, inspectable, and ownable.
Operating principles
Consequential facts should remain tied to source material, calculations, and explicit provenance before model reasoning begins.
Policies, approvals, and limits matter most when they can block or route actions—not when they only appear in a report after the fact.
The durable asset is the company’s evidence, procedures, rules, and decision record. Model providers should be components, not the operating system.
Founder perspective
MCOS grew out of years spent working inside complex vendor, transformation, and operating environments where the difficult part was rarely producing another recommendation. The difficult part was preserving the reasoning, enforcing the decision, and making the next team better than the last one.
Advisory
Experience across large vendor and transformation environments shaped the operating-model discipline behind MCOS.
Forensic verification
A verification mindset informed the separation of evidence, rules, reasoning, and approval state.
Software construction
Consulting methods are expressed as reusable protocols and application workflows rather than trapped in individual delivery teams.
Client control
The architecture is designed around ownership, provenance, portability, and durable institutional memory.
MCOS operating layer
Documents, conversations, contracts, systems, and other authoritative inputs.
Source-native facts and calculations separated from probabilistic interpretation.
Repeatable methods that turn evidence into structured analysis and operating actions.
Approval gates, policy enforcement, decision records, and audit-ready provenance.
A durable knowledge layer that preserves validated context, logic, and history.
